Panton LLC Client Media Policy

 

• Clients who wish to reschedule must give a notice 24hrs prior to the day of filming, failure to do so will result in an additional fee.

• There will be a travel charge of $50 after a distance of 50 miles from Los Angeles, CA (90063), and then $25 every 50 miles after that.

• After the confirmed appointment time, if Panton Staff and/or Client are required to prepare the house for filming, there will be an additional fee added.

• At any time Panton Staff feel threatened or delayed due to pets or animals there will be an additional delay fee.

• Any additions asked of by the client after the confirmed appointment time will be added to the invoice.

• The client gives all rights to be used on camera under Panton LLC’s own discretion.

• Client can pay day of via check, credit, or debit card . If client prefers to pay at a later date, they will be responsible for any additional processing fees.

• The client is allowed one set of notes. Every additional set of notes will be billed at $75 per hour.

• Our 24-hour turnaround policy does not include Sundays.

• All downloadable media will be removed 10 days after delivery of product. (This does not include MLS link)

• All credit cards will be automatically charged, if on file, after 7 days of invoice being due if there is no contact from client.

• Late fee will be instituted after 30 days of no payment from the day the invoice was issued. There will be a 10% fee every month until paid in full.

• If re-shoot is requested for any reason outside the fault of Panton LLC, there will be a $100 per hour charge.

• All intellectual property and related material that is developed or produced under this Agreement, will be the property of Panton LLC.

• The Client is granted a non-exclusive limited-use license of this Intellectual Property for one year.

• There are no refunds.

• All videos will be branded with Panton LLC. (This does not include Premiere Packages)
